We currently ship to most countries within Europe and selected international locations. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact our support team at support@soleastore.com to explore alternative shipping options.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Please note: During peak seasons, holidays, or collection launches, processing time may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

4. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within EU): 2–5 business days

  • International: 5–12 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery windows. Unexpected delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender

In cases where a delivery is attempted and fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unclaimed packages

  • Refusal of delivery

…the order may be returned to us. Customers will be responsible for re-shipping costs and will be contacted via email to arrange re-delivery.

10. Split Shipments

In rare cases, items from the same order may ship separately due to inventory availability. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments, and you will receive tracking information for each package.
